El lugar es una casa muy bonita, limpia, y con todo lo que se necesita, se puede cocinar y preparar café, pudimos hasta lavar nuestra ropa.
Tiene dos habitaciones muy cómodas
No me gustó que si llegas después de las 7pm te cobran 35€, me parece muy injusto porque a veces no es culpa de uno si se retrasan trenes o vuelos, nos tocó correr de la estación hacia la casa para no pagar eso, es mucho dinero que nos quitan solo por llegar a esa hora. Y deberían tener lo básico para cocinar siempre: aceite, sal, azúcar.

Sehr sauber; gut geschnittene Wohnung (es war sehr angenehm, dass unser Teenager-Kind wirklich ein eigenes Zimmer hatte, und jeder vom Schlafzimmer ins Bad kam, ohne durch ein anderes Zimmer zu gehen);
Mir hat die Lage sehr gefallen, das sie außerhalb der Standard-Touristenwege liegt und ein bisschen Ruhe und venezianisches Flair bietet. Trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten am belebten Campo Santa Margherita oder am Giudecca-Kanal, um Meeresluft zu atmen.
Die Vorab-Registrierung mit dem Hochladen der Dokumente und digitalem Unterschreiben von Mietverträgen ist etwas aufwändig, sollte man nicht auf den letzten Drücker machen. Das kannte ich so noch nicht, ich weiß aber nicht, ob das in Venedig mittlerweile generell so üblich ist.

Clean and location near nice restaurants.
Lack of communication. No TV. Kitchen chairs need replacing. Bedside lamps would have been good.
