Take a minute's walk from the front door and step onto the lip of the Pacific ocean. The rocky beach is perfect for strolling, walking the dog, or watching for wildlife. In the summer, splash in the waves. In the winter, storm-watch with a warm coffee in your hands.
To watch the waves in total comfort, take a tour of the expansive lower and upper decks. Enjoy the salt and surf without leaving home.
This two level home has two joined bedrooms on the upper level, the first having a queen-bed and the second having two twin beds. An ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub is accessed off the twin bedroom. You must walk through the queen bedroom to access the twin bedroom and ensuite. This level also has the kitchen, living/dining space, and a half-bathroom by the kitchen.
On the lower level there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with shower and bath, and a double-size pullout sofa bed in the living room.
The home is about an hour's drive from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, Victoria International Airport, and Victoria's famous Inner Harbour. Enjoy local shopping, adventure, and amenities in the nearby town of Sooke.

We loved the view of the water and birds and seals from both patios. Neighbors were parasailing and surfing- fun to watch! The Roku tv works but we only streamed movies on our iPads. The WiFi is excellent! The upstairs queen bed was very comfortable. A bear vandalized the locked garbage one night- Stacy and Jason had it fixed up and cleaned up first thing the next morning. It was a great extended stay.
