the most dirty and unhygienic place i have ever stayed at

there was no dish soap anywhere in the house. the carpets have never been washed and had a thick layer of dirt on them, there was dust EVERYWHERE, very thick layers of dust. it was clear nobody has cleaned the apartment in a few months. there were huge spiderwebs everywhere around the house. the toilet was extremely dirty since it didn't have a soap in the toilet bowl.

I enjoyed my stay a little maintenance will make the place exceptional

it was a great location and a beautiful place. but windows are to the central yard courtyard that provides access to other units. also heating is automatic and when it goes off it was cold.

the shower head holder was falling apart and water was wasted by worn out plumbing pieces when you wanted water to comes through the head most of it was still running under the hose.

The lack of cleanliness, location and facilities wise - they had a coffee maker but I was afraid to use it. The bathroom was very smelly, dirty. The bedsheets on the single bed were dirty. The other bedsheets smelled fine and were clean. I wouldn't recommend this location, it's a no no accommodation.

The location is good

Very noisy neighbours. At 8 o'clock in the morning they put music at high volume. We had mosquitos. The building was in full process of renovation and nobody told us before.

-The apartment is spacious -Location is very good -Host is friendly Overall the apartment is a good value for money, I recommend!

The location is outstanding, it's right in the middle of Timisoara's old center, close to every point of interest. The apartment was very clean as well. The host was very nice and I especially appreciate that he allowed us to check in a little earlier!

I hadn't seen that there was no AC, which wasn't so bad, but there were also no nets on the windows so we couldn't really sleep with the windows open either :(

Vale così poco la tua persona?

Avevo prenotato questa struttura per una parente, per un totale di 5 giorni, diventati poi solo 1. L'appartamento si presenta al dir poco squallido. Pieno di polvere ( la persona allergica e asmatica), piena di ragnatele, RAGNI, wc non igienizzato e sporco! Ho contattato il proprietario il quale ha rifiutato qualsiasi assistenza, qualsiasi pulizia, dicendo anche" a questo prezzo che volevi? Mica posso pulire ogni volta che arriva un ospite! "... Cosa volevo? Solo un posto pulito, non pretendevo la colazione in Camera. Tra l'altro avevamo accompagnato mia zia all'alloggio in quanto io e mia moglie eravamo in altra struttura, sempre prenotata tramite booking.com., ma lui, avendo saputo da dei vicini che eravamo entrati in 3, ha ben pensato che lo stessimo anche truffando. . Mia zia all'indomani mattina si è vista costretta a lasciare la struttura e provvedere in altra maniera. Il proprietario è del tutto irreperibile fisicamente.

O experiență bună, locație centrală și locul confortabil și dotat.

Locația este excelentă, fix în buricul târgului cum se spune, locul este dotat cu orice poate avea nevoie o persoana când călătorește, inclusiv mașină de spălat, fier de călcat, camera este mare, are și un mic living room, vederea este plasată într o curte interioară, nu are altfel de priveliște dar pentru mine a fost ok. În general a fost o experiență bună Recomand!

La capitolul curățenie, se poate îmbunătăți, cu toate că la modul general este curat, dar sunt detalii asupra cărora se poate insista.

Küldetés Temesváron.

A pihentető csend tetszett. Jó helyen van a szállás. Kellő tájékoztatást kaptam. Hűvös volt. Relatíve tiszta volt a szállás. Kényelmes volt az ágy. Minden közel volt. Máskor is vissza fogok térni ide. Mindent köszönök.

Egy vendégnek van annyi értelme, hogy tudja mikor van a kijelentkezés ideje. Nem hiszem, hogy külön kellett volna ezt a szállásadónak tudatnia velem. Ez nagyon nem tetszett! Egyébként minden rendben volt.

Como habitualmente en un viaje de tres personas, solo hay dos camas preparadas

En la publicidad informaban de 3 camas, pero solo prepararon 2. La tercera persona tuvo que dormir en un sofá cama sin hacer y en mal estado (se caía). La caldera está instalada en la habitación de las dos camas, así que hace ruido y no se siente segura.
