Ireproșabil, un raport calitate-preț extrem de corect. Acces facil, loc de parcare dedicat, iluminat. Locația extrem de generoasă ca spațiu, utilități și dotări.

Design, cura dei dettagli, dotazione, ordine, pulizia. Parcheggio, coperto, davanti all'appartamento. Comunicazione con l'host, reattività e disponibilità.

Am apreciat design-ul si curatenia, amabilitatea proprietarului, cu care am comunicat eficient prin mesaje. Ne-au facut placere si micile detalii - cafeaua buna, apa; usurinta check-in-ului, cu locker. Raport bun calitate-pret.
Paturile cam tari, mai ales canapeaua extensibilia f inconfortabila. Am ajuns noaptea târziu, cu copiii adormiti si am fi apreciat f mult sa fi fost canapeaua extinsa si lenjeria de pat pusa... Ne-a deranjat noaptea zgomotul exterior (trafic greu, intens); nu prea exista izolatie fonica. Am avut probleme cu statia de incarcat masina electrica, fiind ocupate ambele locuri, dintre care un loc ocupat de o masina care nici macar nu incarca. Ar fi ideal sa poata fi rezervat / retinut un loc la incarcare odata cu rezervarea, fiind o facilitate importanta a locatiei.
