Misrepresentation there where no sofa bed knowingly host had not done anything. He assured that he will refund 50% but nothing got paid till now. There were no toiletries etc

Middle class accomodarion

Close to the city center. Very positive in having air-conditioning.

The bathroom is quite small and has an unpleasant odor coming from the sink. There is no space to place toiletries for two adults and one child, which makes it inconvenient. Only one toilet paper roll was provided for a long stay, with no additional supply — quite disappointing. The sofa bed in the living room is very worn out and uncomfortable. The kitchen is also small, with no suitable surface to prepare food if you plan to cook. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect is the building itself. The corridor and stairs leading to the apartment are in poor condition, reminiscent of an old communist-era block, and the hallways have a persistent trash smell. As for parking, while it's free on public grounds, it’s not guaranteed. Finding a spot depends entirely on luck — if you arrive late, forget about parking nearby. I am a frequent traveler who usually rents apartments, and in this case, the value for money did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or overall experience.

I would come back here anytime in more warmer seasons, but I would think twice in the cold winter.

The apartment was probably recently renovated and very well maintained. The kitchen is small but well equipped for a short stay - for more complex cooking the space is not so generous. The area felt safe at any hour. It's close to many neighborhood shops pharmacy and whatnot, one being open non-stop.

From the description, we were expecting a designated parking spot - there are free parking spaces in the back of the building (no entry from there, you have to get around it, to the front), but it was crowded and hard to find an empty slot. Vising in full winter, though the place has its central heating system, the bedroom was still cold - also the floor was always cold. The apartment is on the first floor, and below it is a commercial space, which is probably not heated. Also, the balcony was transformed into a storage space - drawers - but it was probably not thermally insulated, which is why you could feel the cold from outside, and you could also hear all the cars on the main boulevard.

O gazdă minunată cu un apartament pe potrivă 💝

Un apartament foarte drăguț, bine dotat - nu ne-a lipsit nimic nici la bucătărie, dormitor sau baie. Este curat, îngrijit și amplasat într-o zonă unde nu este o problemă prea mare să găsești o parcare. Este dotat cu 2 televizoare, cămin electric și trebuie să menționez că arată exact cum este prezentat în fotografii Ne-a plăcut și îi mulțumim gazdei pentru această oportunitate. 💖🥰

Canapeaua este un pic defectă și era o problemă să nu cadă noaptea copilul.

Odlična lokacija, lepo uređen stan, ljubazan domaćin koji je na vreme dostavio sve potrebne informacije. Parking je u blizini smeštaja. u blizini je i market.
