Nothing particular

The owner provided an incorrect location for the building. The building is very old and poorly maintained. The apartment floors were dirty upon arrival. The bedding was also unclean — my wife had to place a towel over the pillow before using it. The kitchen lacked basic equipment. The beds for the children were in unacceptable condition. About half of light bulbs in apartment didn't work.

It was our second time staying at this apartmen. Everything was very good as always! The apartment is not far from the center and in a quiet zone, just perfect to relax after a long day in the beautiful center of Timisoara!! The apartment is modern looking and well taken care of, Aircoditioning, Washingmachine and a fully functional kitchen + a lovely living room full of good books and a big TV. Also the host is very very friendly and welcoming, we literally had no problem what so ever! Just a perfect week for us two :-) Thank you again for hosting us!!! 🤗 Diana & Paul

Good value for money

Nice apartment for group of friends. Old building but arranged to look modern. It is on a 20 minutes walking distance from city center. It has a lot of storage arreas and spacious living room. Bed are comfy. Living room has pull out bed, if you have more travel buddies. Linens and towels were clean.

Kitchen could benefit of couple more glasses. There were no lighter for gas stove. Central light in the bathroom didn't work. Both kitchen and bathroom should be cleaned more thoroughly.

Very nice rooms, modern and with a certain personal touch that made the whole apartment look apart. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and clean, and so was the kitchen - with all appliances.

The sofa was not extensible, so it could only be used by 1 person. There was also an additional folding bed, but that was really small and uncomfortable. The light in the Livingroom was dim, the main light in the bathroom did not work - but there was a light surrounding the mirror, that was enough. Really hard to find the entrence, from the back of the block. The staircase was dirty, the appartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Very good

The apartment looks great! It's well furnished and minimalist at the same time. Wooden floor is amazing - it creates a very cozy space. Just the right choice for one night stopover.

Mind that if you arrive in the evening or night time there aren't any shops or restaurants around. But you can always order food delivery - it was fast but wasn't very good. And you'll need to have all necessary toiletries as there weren't in the apartment.

The apartment looks really good. It is modern, very clean and close to the city center. We were there with a baby and we felt it was well equipped with electronics to handle any situation appearing with a baby. We for sure recommended the place and will stay there in the future as well.

Vikend za 4 osobe

Stan je bio čist i topao,prostran. Blizu centra,lokacija odlicna,parkig obezbedjen ispred zgrade.

Stan je opremljen za dve osobe SAVRŠENO ali za vise od dvoje NE. Kao u našem slučaju 4 ljudi nije pogodno opremljeno od spavaćeg dela do kuhinjskog pribora. U dnevnoj sobi ima dvosed koji se ne/razvlači. I ima pomoćni krevet(poljski).

Dobra je lokacija, apartman je moderno uređen, ima sve što je potrebno. "Self check" je odlično osmišljen.

Higijena može biti bolja. Apartman nije predviđen za 4 osobe, maksimalno 3 po meni, budući da pomoćni ležaj nije dobar.

Living room mare

Amplasarea locației ca si zona, se intra prin spatele blocului prin noroi ca sa ajungi la scara, casa scării era murdara și mirosea îngrozitor. Vecinul a lăsat încălțămintea langa ușa apartamentului, lipsa liftului cu toate ca apartamentul e la etajul 4, aviz celor cu copii sau persoanelor în vârstă, noi am avut bagaje mari .Recomandare: dacă tot este aparat de cafea nu strica sa fie și putina cafea pentru dimineața, nu toată lumea vine cu cafea în geamantane.

Sve u svemu zadovoljavajuće.

Lokacija je zadovoljavajuća. Kolima se brzo stiže svuda a takođe i peške -15min od centra. Stan je stvarno fantastično sređen. Ima sve što je potrebno i vrlo odudara od spoljašnjeg izgleda zgrade koja nije toliko sjajan. Bilo bi lepo i da ima neki welcome paket (kafa, čaj)

Dodatni krevet u dnevnoj sobi se ne razvlaći već ima dodatak u vidu malog rasklopivog kreveta koji se pridodaje osnovnom krevetu. Na njega se stavljaju jastuci da bi bio uravni sa osnovnim krevetom i to ne funkcioniše uopšte. Jako neudobno za spavanje. Takođe bi bilo dobro da ima više jastuka i ćebića za pokrivanje jer noću kada grejanje ne radi (ili je smanjeno) je bilo hladno a nije bilo dodataka za pokrivanje.

Frumos

Am fost cazați doua nopți, doi adulți și doi copii. Apartamentul este foarte frumos, curat, dotat cu tot ce trebuie. Apartamentul nu este făcut pentru regim hotelier, ci pentru locuit, deci găsești frigider uriaș, mașina de spălat, masa de călcat, fier de călcat, bucătăria este utilata cu de toate (farfurii, castroane, tacâmuri și alte ustensile utile), aer condiționat. În dormitor este un pat pentru doua persoane (dacă se întind doi adulți, nu are loc și un copil mai maricel), o canapea confortabila, dar care nu este extensibila și un pat de campanie. O chestie care m-a impresionat este faptul ca au niște cărți foarte bune, titluri de colecție. Gazdele, deși nu ne-am întâlnit, ne-au ajutat sa facem self check-in (aveam emoții, nu știam ce înseamnă) și ne-au dat diverse lamuriri. Am parcat mașina în spatele blocului, dar fix în fața ușii de la scara. Fiind în weekend, nu știu dacă se plătește parcarea, dar fiind în spatele blocului poate nu se plătește. Trebuie sa întrebați. Blocul este de 4 etaje, bloc obișnuit, fără lift (nici nu am văzut 4 etaje cu lift), este lumina suficienta pe scara, zona foarte liniștită.

Din păcate, nu am citit toate recenziile și nu am știut despre țânțari. Nici nu i-am văzut în prima seara, dar cu siguranță i-am simțit. A doua zi am dat fuga sa cumpărăm aparate anti țânțari. Apartamentul nu are plase de țânțari la ferestre, dar ăștia intra si pe usa. De asemenea, ar fi buna o canapea extensibila, pe patul de campanie se doarme foarte prost spre deloc.
