There are in total 360m² and 6 bedrooms, all with air conditioner and indirect lighting. 5 of the bedrooms are equipped with double bed and closet. The 6th bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. Each kitchen offers a stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven and all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. The main kitchen also has a dishwasher for your comfort.
The Penthouse is located on the 10th floor of a family building facing the subway station, less than 5 minutes walking to Copacabana beach and less than 10 minutes to Ipanema beach. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, banks and restaurants.
The property has a beautiful indirect lighting and is equipped with 3 Smart TVs (cable), Wi-fi Internet, two service areas with washing machine (the main also with dryer)
