great location, safe area, good facilities
The room was smaller than it appeared in pictures.
The shower and bathroom sink had poor drainage.
Getting my faceID registered to access the building was quite difficult as security barely spoke English and it all had to be done through the intercom (there are no security personnel on site). Customer support was helpful and reactive through whatsapp.

I loved it! It was very beautiful and spacious. I also liked that you have a lounge where people work. The rooms are very clean. And the employees are the best!! Very helpful and extremely flexible.
Sometimes the faceid didn’t work, but that’s okay. And the laundry didn’t work during that time :(

The security of the building and location were very good and William was very helpful
it had small pool but wasn’t something that would turn me off as so close to the beach!

The location
It was not clean, the furniture needed to be replaced or properly cleaned, the stove had stains on it. There isn’t even a kettle to boil water in the apartment.
