O ponto é excelente, o apartamento é bonito e extremamente bem montado, tem absolutamente tudo. Voltaria a me hospedar.
O ar condicionado faz um barulho insuportável, você tem que marcar a hora exata da chegada, o que dificulta a logística, a entrada do prédio assusta e são bastante escadas.

Apartamento em si é bom e confortável mas quem aluga precisa ser informado que é um prédio antigo SEM elevador . AP fica no 4º andar e o acesso é por escada estreita e íngrime . Meu marido e eu não somos mais jovens e achamos bastante cansativo chegar com compras e etc . Para família jovens e fit é um bom local.

Su ubicación, a una cuadra de la playa de Ipanema es excelente, cerca de buenos lugares para comer, compras y de esparcimiento. El departamento muy cómodo, con una linda decoración y con todos los aménities para una muy agradable estadía. Como bien dice su nombre, es un verdadero Tesoro Escondido.
Debieran advertir que el departamento está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, ya que fue un viaje familiar y afectó el subir las escaleras, más con mis suegros quienes bordean los 80 años de edad, también se dificulta un poco el subir y bajar el equipaje, aunque nos ayudó Bruno, cuando nos recibió amablemente. Ideal para familias jóvenes!

Ubicación
Muebles rotos y poca flexibilidad para check out. Tuvimos que ir 2 veces al Dpto para que arreglen muebles que estaban rotos y el aire acondicionado en mal estado.
