Apartment with New Amenities, Green Patio, BBQ, Parking & EV Charger in Maksimir

This was a good place to stay for the location to Maksimir and downtown Zagreb, while being quiet and not in the middle of everything. It was great to have access to parking, but important to note that it's good to have a car that has decent clearance, otherwise the bottom of the car may get a bit scraped as you get into the spot. Important to go very slowly and have all the passengers get out of the car to have the least amount of additional weight. The kitchen area is well equipped, and the bedroom is very comfortable, with lots of space for storage of personal items. Tom was very responsive to our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here, having stayed for a month with our dog in August. Its a very safe area, with a pleasant walk to Maksimir park, which is absolutely lovely, and a short walk to the shops and football stadium! The apartment itself was a good size for two of us, and although it was 2 good sized bedrooms, the living area might have been a bit small for more than 2 people for any length of time. For the summer though, there is a big table outside that easily fits 6 with BBQ. Parking was very handy, and there is a garden which our dog appreciated. The air con worked really well, which was needed with temperatures in the mid 40's at some points! Also the wifi really was excellent (the best we've experienced in rental), and the desk and office chair set up was perfect for being able to work from home while staying there. Tom and Maurana (I'm sure that is not the right spelling!) were the perfect hosts! Unobtrusive but very friendly and attentive. We spent a great saturday afternoon with them having a BBQ and learning more about the country, which was really kind of them and very enjoyable for us. We would very much recommend Tom's place, and would definitely stay again if we were staying in Zagreb.

Die Begrüßung war supernett, und die Wohnung war für unseren Spontantrip super. Bushaltestelle und Konzum war gleich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selber ist ausreichend für 3- 4 Leute. Bei mehreren Leuten wird's dann schon recht eng. Bis auf die Kaffeemaschine war alles vorhanden, aber ich denke der Vermieter hat bestimmt schon eine gekauft. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung für einen spontanen Trip für drei Leute wieder buchen.
