Werden bij ontvangst meteen en correct geholpen. Gereserveerde parkeerplek was beschikbaar en kamers waren gereed ondanks dat we er een uur eerder waren dan gepland. Goede badkamer en prima bed. Keuken hebben we niet gebruikt maar kan wel handig zijn.
Afstandsbediening van tv deed het niet, batterijen moesten waarschijnlijk vervangen worden. Afstandsbediening van de airco heb ik niet gevonden maar dat kan ook met de lage buitentemperatuur te maken hebben gehad. Beddengoed had wel groter mogen zijn en er leek nog een winterdekbed op te liggen.
