About this apartment rental
47m2 large apartment is situated in the old residential building from the beginning of the last century in one of the oldest municipalities and communities of Zagreb- Maksimir.
It consists of two bedrooms (one single and one double) and for additional traveler there is a sofa in the living room that could be easily convert into a spacious bed, open plan kitchen and living area (20m2), corridor and one bathroom.
Kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for short or longer stay.
Baby cot, high chair and tub for kids are available on request (please, inform us about your kid's needs before your arrival).
Free wi fi is available.
There are only two stairs to climb from a busy, vibrant, commercial street to access the apartment, so the nearest Cafe, restaurant or store is just a few steps away.
It's situated 20 minutes by foot from the central square and all the sightseeing locations, museums and theaters and 15 min. walk to the stadium and park Maksimir which has 5 lakes and a great ZOO and is a great place to spend a day.
Kvatric square is a traffic intersection so any distant locations can be easily reached by tram- a minute walk to the nearest tram stop.
Zagreb is well known for it's open markets and only 5 minutes by foot will take You to the popular meeting point Kvatric square, a place where You can enjoy your coffee and cakes or buy fresh products directly from the farmers and fishermen.
Some of the best local restaurants and Cafes in Zagreb are located in this neighborhood.
For those who arrive by car there is a public parking or, even cheaper and more secure solution- public garage- approx. 150m away (30 kn/day, 120 kn/week).
Rent a car with affordable prices is just around the corner.

Our first 2 nights in Croatia were lovely. Our apartment was clean and our host Romana was wonderful. She spoke great English and met us at the apartment to welcome us and show us around The property was located on a Main Street but it was not loud at all and we walked everywhere

We had immediate responses to all inquiries immediately.
She met us at her bus stop to personally take us to the accommodations, even though we were delayed by six hours. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful information. She was available whenever we called and came to help immediately if we asked for something.
The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities, as well as an excellent location. It is close to all public transportation and shopping. Highly recommended.
