The size of the apartment was fantastic and the view was to die for, staff a tex message away if needed, an amazing stay.

A clothes line would have been handy, everything else amazing. You need to walk or take the bus down to the shops so if your mobility not good be aware but its worth the effort.

Good location and convenient parking . Lovely view of Mount Etna. Air conditioning worked well And was welcome . Host was easy to contact and communicate with.

Property was dated and basic facilities . The view from the balcony was obscured by Bushes. The host did address this immediately cutting It back . Furniture in lounge and kitchen needs updating . There was no welcome pack , which was a shame as there are no nearby shops . 4 small bottles of water were very underwhelming . Be careful when booking as there are a number of different apartments pictured with different facilities . I think this property had the smallest outside space .

Breath-taking views of Mount Etna, the coastline, the valley, and the west side of town. The apartment boasts three distinct balconies: a smaller one perfect for meals, a lovely shaded one off the bedroom, and a massive, panoramic rooftop terrace filled with beautiful plants (be sure to give them a water!). Watching Etna at sunset from the outdoor sofa on the top terrace with a cold glass of Limoncello was an absolute highlight. There are also two very comfortable reclining chairs up there. ​ It has a wonderful sense of space, beautiful marble stairs, and is packed with authentic charm. Inside, there is a comfortable sofa right by large patio windows so you can still enjoy the panoramic views in comfort. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom stays pleasantly shaded and cool. The air conditioning works perfectly and provided great relief during the hot afternoons. There is plenty of storage space throughout, and the washing machine is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped with a kitchen table, and table for eating out on the lounge balcony. For coffee lovers: the machine is Nespresso-compatible. You can easily find compatible Lavazza pods at the local supermarket (note: Dolce Gusto pods do not fit!). It is wonderfully quiet and set away from the main hustle of the town. For groceries, the Decò supermarket is just a short walk back down the hill and has everything you need. Communication with the host was great, with excellent responses providing local information. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly simple and flexible.

Bit of a fierce, steep walk from town if you don't travel light - in which case recommend the Green Line bus, which will drop you off right at the apartment on the way up if you ask. We walked it no problem, as it isn't far and had small backpacks.

The location was absolutely perfect for us. The breathtaking views of the coastline, Mount Etna, and Castelmola made every moment special and provided a stunning backdrop throughout our stay. Having the option of secure parking was a great convenience, especially when exploring the area by car. While parking is available at an additional nightly cost, we found it well worth it for the ease and peace of mind it provided. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with unforgettable views, a great location, and excellent amenities. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
