Casa DiMa - La Pigna Verde

Fantastic location with great views. You can walk down to the main centre within 15mins, although over 100 steps so we did get a taxi back up for 20 euros a few times as over 35 degrees heat in August. Pool was a real asset for cooling down after a day out. Aircon in lounge and hallway but not in bedrooms, so we left the shutters down and internal doors open and it did circulate throughout the apartment well and bedrooms stayed cool. Apartment has everything needed, kitchen well stocked and clean. Local bakery just down the road for fresh bread, croissants etc. Private driveway to park car, which was great as roads not easy to park along. Communication with the property excellent and they responded to any questions straight away.

Having an extra towel to use around the pool would have been useful.

Apartament bardzo ładny z pięknym widokiem, teren na zewnątrz czyściutki i zadbany. Wnętrze urządzone ze smakiem, duży taras, na którym naprawdę przyjemnie można odpocząć. Wspaniały kontakt z obsługą. Jesteśmy zadowolone z pobytu.

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist einfach und gut beschrieben (kontaktlos). Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und sehr Lokal eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!

Da es Ende März außergewöhnlich kalt war, war die Wohnung am ersten Tag etwas kalt. Die beiden Air Conditioner konnten punktuell Abhilfe schaffen. Die Steinböden werden dafür im Sommer ein Segen sein.

Besonders die Lage des Apartments und die Ausstattung waren sehr beeindruckend.
