This modern townhome is perfectly located for your basecamp to all the Grand Valley has to offer. Located right in the middle of it all, easy access to the interstate, short drive to CMU, and Downtown Grand Junction. Right next to Iconic Graff Dairy ice cream parlor and coffee shop. Great place! Easy check-in, check-out. Home had everything we needed. Was a little “bummed” futon/couch had been replaced as I was expecting a pull out for my stepfather. They did provide an air mattress though. Overall, awesome vacation rental, will definitely book them again when I go visit my daughter out there.

The townhouse was clean, and the hosts were responsive to any questions or concerns. This is a dog friendly unit which was helpful for us traveling with a dog. Unfortunately, not all dogs can be left alone without making some noise. Our neighbors left their dogs to go out from 10pm - 2am and they barked continuously. This is not the hosts fault and we do not blame them for it. Just take into consideration, like any place that you can't pick your neighbors or their behaviors. Overall, it worked great for what we needed it for. To sleep two adults and two kids/go to soccer camp.

We had a great stay at this property. It was sparkling clean, and oh so cute and was a great space for the 4 of us. We really loved the outside patio and enjoyed eating at the table outside. We stayed here for about 5 days and had a great visit. We had breakfast out on the back patio every morning and icecream for dessert (at the AMAZING icecream place across the street) every night. The rooms and the laundry facilities were really well kept.

We brought our oldest son to college at CMU and stayed here for a couple of nights. It's 5 minutes to everything you need! We also enjoyed the ice cream place across the street! The place was super clean and cute. It had everything we needed and more. We'll be back for sure.
