Garden level, no stairs. Easy access to parking spaces, which are free. Convient to all amenities , CMU campus, stocker stadium, golfing and a 45 minute drive to Powderhorn ski hill on beautiful Grand Mesa. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and Lincoln Park. This is the heart of Grand Junction. Chipeta Golf course, Rockies(farm team). Stocker football stadium is here. RING door bell security camera was added to front door only 9-29-21.

This was the perfect property for our family of 5. Our 3 young children loved the bunk beds and I loved them because they were sturdy, with a nice secure railing along the top. The entire property was clean and nicely decorated.

We had a great stay at this property - right across from CMU campus and served as a perfect home base for getting our CMU Freshman situated for his first year of college. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!
