This historic downtown home in Grand Junction has been tastefully remodeled to preserve the original character of the home. Built in 1920, it is walking distance to Colorado Mesa University, downtown Grand Junction with all the great coffee shops, restaurants, and other downtown attractions. It is just a few minutes from St. Mary's Hospital, the Colorado National Monument and the Tabeguache mountain bike trails.

Great location! A bit warm in the 2nd bedroom but overall was a great visit to CMU for student drop off.
