About this house rental

This historic downtown home in Grand Junction has been tastefully remodeled to preserve the original character of the home. Built in 1920, it is walking distance to Colorado Mesa University, downtown Grand Junction with all the great coffee shops, restaurants, and other downtown attractions. It is just a few minutes from St. Mary's Hospital, the Colorado National Monument and the Tabeguache mountain bike trails.

Easy check-in and close to where we needed to be for a swim meet at the college. The home only had an evaporator cooler. The front of the home was extremely cold and the back half was a little too warm to sleep at night. The home could have used a good dusting and the freezer was dirty. Overall a good stay.

Great property—clean, quiet, and truly walking distance to downtown. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus a pullout in the living room. Well stocked, good amenities and a nice deck (plus grill) in the back for lounging. Room for two cars in driveway. Reasonable price to boot. I’d stay here again no question!
