Built in 1920, it is walking distance to Colorado Mesa University, downtown Grand Junction with all the great coffee shops, restaurants, and other downtown attractions. It is just a few minutes from St. Mary's Hospital, the Colorado National Monument and the Tabeguache mountain bike trails.
