Get lost in paradise! Aqua is a stunning multi-level vacation home located in the cozy community of Frangista Beach in Destin. Perched upon the shores of a sugary beach, this home is where vacation dreams come to life. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three levels of Gulf-front balconies, and a private pool, this stately house can entertain up to 12 guests. After only a few minutes here, you’ll never want to leave!
The lowest level of this home features two guest rooms and a private plunge pool. The first guest room houses a queen-size bed and its own private living area. Visitors will also have access to a full hall bath. The second guest bedroom on this level features two queen-sized beds, a 50" flat screen TV, and a Pac Man game table perfect for the kids. Enjoy the luxury of secluded relaxation at the edge of your own pool, which overlooks the shimmering Gulf shores. The pool is surrounded by a cozy porch and lounge chairs, making it the perfect spot to sit back, sip a cocktail, and take in the incredible views.
On the second level, guests will find a great room that incorporates the living, kitchen, and dining rooms. A tropically themed guest bedroom with a king-sized bed is also on this level and shares access to a full hall bathroom. In the living room, you will find a tropical-inspired couch and two bucket seats that face a TV. On one side of this comfortable seating ensemble is a set of glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony that looks out over the emerald waves. An aqua railing and aqua-colored seat cushions embody the home’s moniker, and also provide a unique setting for enjoying the beach environment. Inside on the other side of the living room, the space is dedicated to the dining area, where a glass-topped table sits surrounded by six chairs. The dining area flows into the gleaming kitchen, which includes stainless-steel appliances, a brick backsplash, sunny window, and ample counter space.
The top floor boasts an additional guest room with a king-size bed, TV, and full en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed, romantic balcony, and luxury bath that will have you feeling like royalty.
Not only does this beachfront home offer the most luxurious of vacation accommodations, it is also conveniently located. The sandy shores are literally a few steps from the door. Other nearby commodities include popular restaurants, wine boutiques, grocery stores, and bars. Loved the location, beautiful beach. The house was a bit data and there were signs of what looked like black mold in most bedrooms around vents.

We had a great trip! 13 of us in total and everyone had their own space! It was perfectly located close to a few beach shops and ice cream spots!

We had a great weeks stay in June. White sand beaches and aquamarine seas were just a few steps away from the back of the property. Plenty of room for the eleven of us. The second floor communal area was a gathering point for some, while others gravitated to the balcony to watch the waves crash on the shore. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, but note that the first floor guests (6 in our case) all share one bathroom. Being on the beach also means the front of the unit is 25 feet from a busy 2 lane road, right at a 3 way stop. If you are a light sleeper, avoid the front bedrooms. Parking for our two vans was tight but doable.
You get one beach umbrella with 2 chairs with your rental, and we contacted the beach service for more with no issues. They were set up promptly every morning and we were out on the beach by 8 each day. The small dipping pool on the first floor was fine for cooling off if you're lying on one of the 2 lounges on that balcony. A small community pool is located across the street but it's a pretty good haul to get there. We didn't bother.
All together a nice relaxing vacation for us.

The owner of this property has an eye for style. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The decor is top notch. Access to the beach is perfect, just steps away. The rental company was great to work with. There are only two reasons I wouldn’t rent this property again 1) the road noise is horrible. The cars sound like they are in the house. People like to drag race from the stop sign in front of the house, all night. 2) Three story house with very steep steps, very difficult for heavy suitcases. We had two elderly people with us and it was difficult for them. There is an elevator but only for use of the owner, not renters per the property managers. This home needs an elevator for renters. I should have researched better on the steps and no elevator. These concerns may not be for everyone. If not, this is a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the ocean.
