This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor.
A bright and spacious kitchen with granite countertops and tropical ceiling fans is the perfect place to prepare an afternoon snack or family meal. The kitchen is fully-stocked with utensils, dishware, pots and pans, casserole dishes, cutting boards, Pyrex containers and more. A comfortable living rooms offers a pull-out sofa and flat screen TV.
There are flat screen TVs throughout the home and the house is equipped with dual band Wifi with range extenders so no part of the house is without excellent coverage. An AT&T microcell vastly improves cellular coverage for AT&T customers.
Two of the five bedrooms face the Gulf with king beds and private bathrooms. The luxurious primary bathroom featuresa jetted bathtub, two sinks and a rainfall shower. Relax on the private veranda and enjoy the sound of the surf and the smell of the salt air. The Gulf facing bedrooms offer a level of privacy found in very few townhomes in Frangista Beach, while at the same time, providing an unobstructed sunset view for most of the year. Cool off in the verandas plunge pool or it can be heated during the cooler months.
The owner goes to great lengths to ensure that guests feel like they are staying at a first-class hotel. Enjoy hotel quality linens on every bed, a welcome package (wine, bottled water), white luxury towels, Papaya bath and shower soaps and amenities, a fully-stocked Keurig and beach/pool towels. A BBQ grill is replaced each season.
If needed, a private elevator is available. Please inquire upon booking.

POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May)-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $45/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool dimensions are 8.5 x 6
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE MARCH 1 - NOVEMBER 30 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach

This was our first time renting a beach front house and it was absolutely worth it. The house was immaculate and beautiful. It was awesome waking up to the Gulf of America every day. There’s very limited beach front properties in the area and this is one of the best. My only complaint was that the exterior of the house was being swarmed by hundreds of bug (not an exaggeration), but on our last day they all disappeared. It made using the balconies impossible.

This property is exactly as described—right on the beach with beautiful, unobstructed views. The unit was clean and well-stocked with towels, basic necessities, and kitchen items, including plenty of dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. The balconies facing the ocean were spacious and perfect for enjoying the scenery. We were traveling with elderly family members, so the elevator was a big help.A few things to be aware of: The pool and beach access require walking through one of the master bedrooms, which can be inconvenient. There are signs at every thermostat requesting that the air conditioning be set higher than most would find comfortable; despite following these guidelines, everyone in our group woke up uncomfortably warm at night. The common areas, where people might typically gather to relax or wait out bad weather, lacked comfortable seating, and the balcony furniture on the 2nd and 3rd floors wasn’t much better.Overall, the location is excellent, but the comfort level inside could be improved.

Great stay in a beautiful townhouse! Sea La Vie had everything we needed and William I with Frangista is always available. We have rented twice from Frangista and definitely will again. We have used other companies for a VRBO and never had the same courtesy or response to any questions from someone. They treat you like an old friend and have exceptional properties with wonderful amenities! Extremely pleased again!

Location was great on the beach but the parking and getting out is horrible next to scenic rd. The small pool was nice after being on the beach. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows are well worn and need to be replaced. Also there is a big issue with the also g glass doors locking themselves that left people outside for awhile especially on the 2nd floor. The views were beautiful as well.
