About this house rental
This 3 story condo located on the beach is in a perfect location in the heart of Miramar Beach.
Nothing stands between you and your private beach!
Entry floor is living, kitchen, dining with a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. Top floor bed 1 has King bed and gorgeous balcony. Bed 2 has 2 full size beds. Bottom floor apartment has 2 bunks w/ 2 fulls on the bottom & 2 twins on top. Sleeps 6.
You have to go outside to the stairs to access the apartment. We sleep 12 comfortably.
The space
On the entry level there is a fully stocked kitchen, a powder room, dining table for 6, a large comfy sofa and a big screen tv. On the top floor you will find a bedroom with 2 full beds and a full bath with tub & shower, a master bed with a King bed and full bath.
There is a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean
Stackable washer/dryer is in the hall. On the bottom floor you will have direct beach access and patio table for dining alfresco, there is a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, sink and cabinets, there is a large wrap around comfy sofa, full bath and private bedroom. Bedroom has 2 bunks, each with a full on the bottom and twin on top. Sleeps 6.
You will need to go outside to use stairs to access the 2 floors above.
Stairs are required to enter the beach

The beach is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room. We had a few issues that were dealt with promptly.

Our favorite part was how close it is to the beach. The water was beautiful when we went. The house was great. clean. We did not feel cramped and had everything we needed. The owners left us a goody bag at check in that was so so thoughtful and amazing. All was great!

This unit was more than expected. We have stayed in several units at this comple, but this one was something special. Recently
Updated and loaded with everything you need. Management is extremely easy to work with. We had a great trip!
