About this house rental
We're happy to offer our newly remodeled home for rent at the Delos in Miramar Beach. Miramar is the best place to be in Destin with access to all of the best beach restaurants and entertainment.
The “Stargazer” has been completely remodeled and we've designed it to create an amazing experience for everyone, with perfect sunset views, beautiful wide open beach access and a private martini pool!
WE'VE BEEN RENTERS…So we understand how important it is to have both a comfortable clean home AND a fun experience. You'll enjoy outdoor living and indoor luxury with brand new memory gel plush beds, fully stocked kitchen, large furniture AND fully furnished outdoor decks.
Key Highlights:
- True Indoor/Outdoor Living with luxury furniture throughout
- Heated Pool-Gulf-front splash pool is 8.5'x 6'.
- 10' ceilings with new furnishings throughout
- All 3 levels have incredible views of the gulf
- Premium outdoor grill
- Kitchen stocked with all new amenities and luxury features to make amazing meals
- All bedrooms have amazing private bathrooms & 4k televisions
- Our Bunk room for kids is Star Wars themed with video game and television with Disney +
- Beach service with your name on it for 2 Beach chairs and 1 umbrella (plus extra chairs and toys in bin next to pool)
Due to HOA restrictions, tents and canopies are not allowed on the Beach.
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at John and Sandi's beach house! From the very beginning, they were wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond to all of my emails. The home itself is beautiful; spotlessly clean, with modern bathrooms and all the comforts you could hope for. We especially loved the heated splash pool and the unbeatable location. It was a real treat to walk straight down the steps to the beach and enjoy the included beach service, complete with chairs and an umbrella. The extra beach chairs, towels, and bodyboards were a huge bonus! I also took full advantage of the Scenic Gulf Drive sidewalks for peaceful morning runs/walks.Convenience was another big plus. The Winn-Dixie just down the road was well-stocked and had great discounts. We also took a dolphin/sunset cruise from Baytowne Warf and got to see dolphins and a gorgeous sunset. The Village of Baytowne Wharf itself is a fun, family-friendly spot, and it's only about 15 minutes from the house.One of my favorite features of the home was the balconies. I captured so many beautiful sunrise and sunset photos from there!This place was truly amazing, and I highly recommend it. We can't wait to come back!

Elevator was not available and that was a must for me. Beds were extremely hard. No storage containers for food and minimal bakeware.Host was great about coming over quickly to fix ice machine.Location is lovely.
