It has an independent access with bay window side campaign particularly quiet
It is designed with a night side equipped with a bathroom and separate toilet and a lounge area with a fully equipped open kitchen and a private terrace
The land is fenced with garden where children can play, the car park can accommodate bicycles and motorbikes.
The possibilities of activities are numerous, walks on foot or by bike along the water and in the Entre deux Mers, restaurant boats, river ride and visit of great castles and cellars, 30 minutes from Saint-Emilion, Pomerol , and the road of the wines and castles of Médoc etc.
This rental located on the banks of the Garonne green zone where hardly any car is very quiet and quiet, it is however 8 minutes from the station Saint-Jean de Bordeaux, the city is renovated with its old quarter, walks on the beautiful docks with many restaurants, shops and playground, etc.
