About this villa rental
The villa is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you would expect from a luxury home: billiards, international smart TV in all the bedrooms and in the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped modern kitchen...
It has 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a furnished solarium where you can relax in the sun. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a complete crockery kit…
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a terrace with its garden furniture and its barbecue as well as a very large swimming pool, measuring 9.60 x 4.10 meters, surrounded by traditional flowers and palm trees with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun!
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak. Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops, laundry, taxi service and scooter rental. A few steps away, you will discover very good restaurants open mornings, lunchtimes and evenings as well as 7-Eleven convenience stores.
Finally, for your peace of mind, the villa is adorned with plants and blackout walls. And, is secured by video surveillance as well as a security guard present in the neighborhood 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In accordance with the house rules:
*A security deposit of 220$ (8000 THB) is requested at the entrance to the villa and returned the day of your check out.
*Electricity is excluded; the price is at the government rate.

This villa in center Pattaya is very beautifull with modern equipment and big spaces areas. The owner and staff are great and hepfull. We enjoyed with the full equiped kiitchen and the long swimming pool in tropical garden. In the street many grocery, restaurants, rental motorbike shop... We will come back for sure. Thanks to Nick and cleaning team.

Could do with some seating near bbq and outdoor shower for swimming pool. Beds a little hard. Owners fantastic in responding to any issues, fixed things immediately. If you want peace and quite this is a good villa for that.
