The Villa is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you would expect from a luxury home: billiards, international LCD TV in all bedrooms and in the living room, Wi-Fi by fiber, modern fully equipped kitchen…
It has 7 bedrooms with extra long beds and 7 bathrooms. 2 extra single beds are available to serve as additional sleeping accommodation. All rooms are air conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep and there is an upstairs solarium to take advantage of the warmth of the sun.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a complete set of dishes, etc.
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a furnished terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue as well as a large private swimming pool with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun and surrounded by traditional flowers and palm trees.
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak.
Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops, laundry, taxi service and scooter rental. A few steps away, you will find very good restaurants open mornings, noons and evenings as well as mini-markets of the 7-Eleven type.
Finally, for your peace of mind, the villa is adorned with plantations and blackout walls. And, is secured by video surveillance as well as vigilance present in the neighborhood 24/7.

Everything is as described on the website, very comfortable furniture, pool is very welcome break from the heat and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The only awkwardness is that the gated community has one of the two gates closed, which happens to be the way googlemaps directs you. Perhaps local maps can be provided for those wishing to walk around the local area?

Overall experience was good. We just didn't expect that we need to pay for the electricity. Suggest to also provide a small basic necessity in the kitchen. Like coffee, milk and sugar. A small welcome fruit basket will be a fantastic add on.

A good time was had by all. Property was hard to find but I was looking at night and during a storm.
