The villa is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you would expect from a luxury home: billiards, international LCD TV in all bedrooms and in the living room, fiber Wi-Fi, fully equipped modern kitchen...
It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed, 4 bedrooms with queen-size beds and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed in a bungalow. 2 extra single beds are available to serve as additional beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep and two bedrooms have a furnished solarium to take advantage of the warmth of the sun.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a complete crockery kit…
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool surrounded by traditional flowers and palm trees measures 5 x 8 meters with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun!
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak.
Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops, laundry, taxi service and scooter rental. A few steps away, you will discover very good restaurants open mornings, lunchtimes and evenings as well as 7-Eleven convenience stores.
For your peace of mind, the villa is adorned with plants and blackout walls. And, is secured by video surveillance as well as a vigil present in the neighborhood 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In accordance with the house rules:
*A security deposit of 220$ (8000 THB) is requested at the entrance to the villa and returned the day of your check out.
*Electricity is excluded; the price is at the government rate.
