About this villa rental
Large and superb 6 bedroom villa in the heart of Pattaya, a few minutes from the beaches and the famous Walking Street (about 5 minutes by taxi, scooter, tuk tuk ...). Private swimming pool. Quiet and with all amenities nearby. In a superb residence of villas secured 24/24. Large living room, billiards, international TV, WiFi, all the amenities of a modern villa.
The villa with a large private swimming pool is ideally located in the heart of the city center, between Pattaya and Jomtien in a residential park.
About 5 minutes by scooter, taxi or tuk tuk, you are at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya or on the famous Walking Street.
Villa tastefully decorated and has a large living room with all the luxury you would expect from a luxury villa, TV, wifi, large furniture and modern kitchen. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, all rooms are air conditioned for a pleasant and fresh sleep. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, water stove, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave.
There are sliding doors to the outdoor terrace, with seating and a barbecue area; The terrace has direct access to the fabulous swimming pool.
The garden with palm trees and beautiful flowers is located around the private pool. The size of the pool is 5 x 8 meters with crystal clear water heated by the good weather of Pattaya during the year with its tropical sun.
The residence where the villa is located has its own security, laundry and taxi service. A few minutes from the residence, you will find good restaurants for your breakfast in the morning or a good dinner in the evening.
On arrival we will welcome you at the Villa, beds will be made and towels will be provided during your stay, every 4-5 nights we will compose the beds with clean sheets and new towels.
Electricity is excluded; On arrival we will read the meter with you, the cost is 8 baht a KW.
- VIP Taxi, upon arrival at the airport, we can pick you up, our private driver will be theirs with your name on a plate and will take you comfortable to the villa.
- Scooters, during your stay, you can rent scooters with us; upon arrival, they will be ready at the villa.
- VIP bus tour, offer us guided tours around Pattaya with a VIP bus; you will have a private pilot to look around Pattaya during a day.
- Card information, upon arrival you will receive a card with information on the restaurant, bars, tours, golf, and more one can visit in Pattaya and Jomtien.
- taxi service on the compound, we have a taxi service for your daily shopping or to go to a nice restaurant.
- The Villa has a washing machine but when you don't want to use it you can take it to the laundry.
- Restaurants, bars and every day you will find grocery stores a few minutes from the Villa, also 24 hour supermarkets, like the 7-Eleven are close.
