About this villa rental
The villa is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you would expect from a luxury home: billiards, international LCD TV in all bedrooms and in the living room, fiber Wi-Fi, fully equipped modern kitchen...
It has 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep and upstairs you will find a solarium arranged to take advantage of the heat of the sun.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a complete crockery kit…
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a large private swimming pool and jacuzzi with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun!
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak.
Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops, laundry, taxi service and scooter rental. A few steps away, you will discover very good restaurants open mornings, lunchtimes and evenings as well as 7-Eleven convenience stores.
For your peace of mind, the villa is adorned with plants and blackout walls. And, is secured by video surveillance as well as a security guard present in the neighborhood 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Scooters available for hire during your stay, possibility to drop them off at the villa for your arrival.

In accordance with the house rules:
*A security deposit of 220$ (8000 THB) is requested at the entrance to the villa and returned the day of your check out.
*Electricity is excluded; the price is at the government rate.

House was clean on arrival
And everyone enjoyed the house and pool
We had an issue with getting a taxi to the airport, but with the hosts help they quickly arranged it on time
