Brand new, custom built, fully furnished 2-bedroom carriage house in South Minneapolis. Combines Dutch Colonial charm with modern amenities. Warm and inviting, located in a historic neighborhood with excellent access to Downtown Minneapolis. Spacious rental for up to 6 guests is situated within 1-2 blocks of fantastic restaurants and coffee shops.

Kingfield Cottage includes full kitchen, washer/dryer and detergent, front porch, smart lock, access to a gas grill, free street parking, coffee pot and coffee grounds, luggage racks, pack and play, portable high chair, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and central heating/air conditioning. King Cottage utilizes trash, composting and recycling. The rental is cleaned with chemical free products and bedding is washed in scent free detergent.
Strict house rules include no smoking, no pets and no parties/events. Hosts live in a separate house on the property for convenience and assistance as needed.

Hosts are polite and respectful of privacy; house was very cute and was plenty spacious for our number of guests. We loved the full-size kitchen, and the washer/dryer access. The surrounding neighborhood is okay, though it's nice that transportation is readily accessible from this house. We would definitely return to this house!

The property was very well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to downtown, which was very convenient for our purposes. We found street parking and accessed the property from the alleyway in the back, which worked well.

Our experience was lovely. Our host was very friendly and helpful. All appliances were new models. The 5 watt coffee shop down the street was nice to have close by

The place was clean and the pictures were accurate. I was not sent a text for entry code at the appropriate time. On the second call, the host gave me the code. The unit didn't have coffee, didn't have more than a quarter roll of paper towels (no back-up), almost no hand soap in the bathroom, and no laundry detergent. I ended up going to the store on three separate trips to furnish the unit with supplies that should have already been there. The host had not checked on any of these supplies. He was not ready for a guest
