When you first enter your 2nd floor home, you'll walk into a beautiful entryway to lead you up to your comfortable stay. Next, you'll enter the comfortable living room area with a pull out sofa bed and large Roku TV. Wander into the spacious dining room and kitchen which includes all of your cooking essentials, plenty of plates and glasses for dining and a fully stocked coffee bar. Come relax in one of two bedrooms with queen size bed and full size bed with Roku TV's, and USB charging ports for your convenience.

Great space conveniently located was much appreciated for a graduation visit. Beds were comfy, amenities were abundant and parking was a breeze. Steven and Katie were great, attentive hosts who kept us well updated.

My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay at Serenity Place. Steven and Katie were solicitous and responsive hosts. The unit is pleasant, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen well-provisioned. Older folks should note that the unit has a claw-tub shower, which requires a little more care and mobility getting in and out. Also about 12 stairs to reach unit, which was fine for us, but might not be for all.The house and neighborhood is very quiet, though not more than a 5 minute walk from Lake Avenue, which is one of the main thoroughfares. There is an Aldi and Target about a 15 minute walk from the unit, and Laune bakery (which is excellent) is 1.3 miles away on Lake. Though not especially close to downtown/restaurants, etc., we found it easy to Uber around.

It was very clean, kitchen had utensils we needed to cook our breakfasts. The neighborhood was quiet, easy access to many restaurants
