Beautiful light filled spacious first floor apartment just steps from shops and restaurants and a short walk to Lake Harriet, where you can enjoy 51 miles of paved trails that wrap around lakes and parks. Rated as one of the top most walkable neighborhoods in Minneapolis, yet minutes from downtown, Mall of America, US Bank Stadium, University of Minn and the Convention Center.
This lovely 2BR apartment is on the 1st floor of our duplex on a quiet residential street close to Lake Harriet. It s light and airy with central air and hardwood floors throughout. There s a peaceful backyard patio that s perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The master bedroom is very spacious and has a comfy queen size bed. The second bedroom is very cozy and has 2 twin beds. The living room sofa folds out into a queen size bed. All the beds have luxurious bedding and fluffy down alternative duvets.
The updated stainless steel kitchen has a dishwasher and is stocked with all your cooking essentials as well as coffee, tea and snacks. There s a free washer and dryer available for your use in the basement laundry room.
Fast wifi.
Flat screen TV featuring Sling TV and Roku (which you can use to access your own streaming services, ie. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc)
One off street parking spot plus plenty of on street parking available.
There is a security camera on the exterior of the house to deter package thieves and vandalism. There are no interior recording devices.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property, inside and out. For the comfort of other guests, please do not smoke anywhere on the property.
**PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY on a CASE BY CASE BASIS**
*Your dog should be friendly and house trained.
*Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
*If you have a shedding breed please keep your dog off the furniture and bedding.
*Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
*Limit of one dog.
This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Minneapolis, combining a host of outdoor activities and several vibrant business districts. There's a wide variety of restaurants, bars, upscale grocery stores and shopping (both major retailers and local independent shops) as well as bike trails, walking and running paths, sailing, canoe, kayak, paddleboarding, swimming and cross country skiing all within either walking distance of the apartment or a quick bike or car ride away.
The apartment is 1 block from a bus line that provides access to the entire Twin Cities area. You could take a bus downtown and connect to the light rail to MSP airport, Mall of America or downtown St. Paul. By car you can be on I-94 or I-35W within minutes.

What a great location and property! We started with a 4 day stay and extended to 8 days. The location was awesome, with a great coffee and food across the street. We brought along our Lab mix, Hap, who thoroughly enjoyed the yard and some breaks to chase a ball and stretch his legs. We will be returning next Spring and plan to make this our stop. Liz could not have been nicer as a host. Highly recommend!

The property location was perfect for our ability to visit family and friends on both sides of the city. The surrounding area was pet friendly for walks with our dog and local eateries were walking distance away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Liz is a great host!

This is our go-to place when staying in Minneapolis. It's close to the lakes, activities, groceries, liquor store, restaurants, shopping, family and friends. We love the walkable neighborhood and everything Minneapolis has to offer.

"Let's move here, we'll rent to start." -Bill Murray, Groundhog Day.This lovely apartment made me wish we were staying longer. We will make an excuse to come back to Minneapolis just to stay again. Longer.
