Welcome to this cozy, recently updated apartment affectionately referred to as the Fox Den in the happening neighborhood of Uptown Minneapolis.
Located just steps away from bars, breweries, restaurants, theaters and parks; and just blocks from Lake of the Isles, Lake Bde Maka Ska and many popular Minneapolis hot spots. Also provides great access to the Minneapolis Convention Center and downtown Minneapolis, just a 10-minute car ride away
Quiet hours - Our neighborhood is important to us; please respect the community as well as our neighbors in the upstairs unit, and avoid making loud noises between 9 pm and 8 am weekdays and 10pm and 8am weekends. Noise complaints will be taken seriously

Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property - this includes the front porch and back patio
