For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Il villaggio è molto bello e curato, gli arredi nell’appartamento forse sarebbero da rimodernare e i materassi da cambiare in quanto un po’ scomodi. C’è una bella piscina, bellissimi giardini, campi da tennis e una lavanderia. Servizi ottimi nella struttura, Wi-Fi da migliorare non raggiungibile negli appartamenti.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Dalia 14 per 12 notti. Ottimo appartamento, splendida struttura, vista mozzafiato su Tavolara! Consigliatissimo!

Es war eine sehr schönes Appartment in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Sehr schöner Ausblick, nur Hauptstraße hörte man sehr.Leider waren es nicht sehr sauber (Krümmel im Schrank, Haare in Dusche... )
