THE HOUSE IS ON THE HILL OF PORTO SAN PAOLO, SURROUNDED BY THE GREEN AND THE BREATHTAKING PANORAMA ON THE ISLAND OF TAVOLARA AND ON CAPO CERASO ENJOYS AN IDEAL CLIMATE AND RELAXING TRANQUILITY. PERFECT FOR A COUPLE.
The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a nice bathroom with a shower, a living room with a cooking area, a stone veranda with a view of the sea and has a small green lawn that surrounds it. A private parking space and a laundry are available
It is completely new (end of construction in March 2014), it was built with insulating materials in compliance with the latest energy saving regulations and equipped with window and door frames with special glass that guarantee excellent sound and heat insulation. It is covered in stone and finely furnished ... a jewel !!

We stayed at Pietre’s place for 10 days. The apartment is spotlessly clean and offers a breathtaking view, with a stunning sunrise in the morning. It’s peaceful and quiet. The owner is incredibly friendly and a fantastic host. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Casa pulita con arredamento nuovo, situata in posizione che offre totale tranquillità con una visuale mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara. Vicina a tutte le principali spiagge della costa.
Raffaele e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto con discrezione e gentilezza, fornendoci preziosi consigli sulla zona che ci hanno permesso di trascorrere una bellissima vacanza.
