Vintage Cabin in Downtown Estes Park

Love this cabin. Stayed here last year for Christmas. Love how it was close to the river and downtown. Patti and Mike are excellent hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and friendly, knowledgeable hosts! We were able to check in waaaay early, which made the quick weekend getaway even better. Will definitely book again.

House was in good condition, and a great location near downtown Estes Park. Kitchen was fully capable of handling our Thanksgiving dinner preparation. Hosts were very welcoming and informative.

The owners seem to be very nice people. They provided plenty of communication and answered questions promptly. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Our expectations for this rental were very high based on others reviews. Being located so close to everything is obviously a huge plus for many. For us, it was TOO close. Being right in the middle of so many people and constant traffic on a busy road was not ideal. This is not a residential neighborhood. You cannot go outside with any level of privacy. We have a skittish dog and she was constantly on guard. Also, the parking spot is very small and butts right up to the busy sidewalk, so packing and unpacking was a bit of a pain. There is a lot of outside noise. The neighbors dumpster located right outside the bedroom window was picked up before 6am at least twice during our week. Inside.. the bathroom is nice. While I'm certain they were clean, the towels had that mildewy smell once wet. The kitchen is large, has a large dining table, and is well stocked. There is a nice washer/dryer. The tv situation was less than ideal. A laptop to connect your own Netflix, etc. is provided, however the laptop buffered constantly and ended up not being usable. The living room furniture is small and not comfortable. Wifi worked well. And although right in town, we did see some wildlife in the yard... one evening a marmot sat outside the kitchen window eating and one morning 3 deer walked through!
