Murphy’s River Lodge was very scenic and gave camp vibes. The proximity to downtown Estes Park was very convenient. The stream nearby was very relaxing to sit by, and the lodge capitalized on that with comfy chairs and a fire pit (when there aren’t red flag warnings)

The hotel location near the small river stream was greatly appreciated. The room we stayed at had a balcony facing the creek, which made the stay not only gifted with nice views, but a lot of quietness.
Initially we were given a ground floor room, in which unfortunately we had some very noisy upstairs neighbor guests. The staff were helpful in arranging a room swap, for an upstairs room, which was much more quiet.
