Marvel your group with this glorious, open, and airy mountain home and get ready for the getaway of a lifetime! This family-friendly has it all for you to experience the Rocky Mountains like never before without giving up comfort and class. Inside, you'll be greeted by cathedral-like ceilings with enormous windows allowing the views of the mountains and wildlife to permeate this home. The large family room with sun galore boasts one sofa, one recliner, one oversized rocker, and one overstuffed chair with ottoman, which are the epitome of relaxation and comfort. The wood-burning fireplace is in charge to keep everybody warm during your stay and the flatscreen TV will keep everyone entertained no matter what. Just off the living room is the formal dining room with a rustic table for eight. A wood-burning fireplace right next to the dining table will add warmth during your dinners. The fully-equipped kitchen has every item that you need to create wonderful meals including a Keurig coffee maker with an adapter for regular coffee. Challenge your friends to a ping-pong tournament using the ping-pong table available in the garage; all you have to do is unfold it to play. Outside, the large deck offers plenty of seating to chill and relax, a picnic table and benches,a round rod iron table with four chairs, a gas grill, and your very own private hot tub. From here you can view the lake, the Town of Estes Park and Prospect Mountain. And that's not it! This charming mountain getaway allows dogs, so don't hesitate to bring the family dog with you.

Less than one mile away is the Estes Park 18-Hole Golf Course and if you or anyone in your group are golf enthusiasts, you'll be thrilled to know that this house offers two sets of basic golf clubs available for renters to use. The house was perfect for our needs. All the kids got to sleep in the same room and we loved being able to enjoy the outdoors from the hot tub.

We had an excellent stay! The house was very clean and kitchen well-stocked. The house was in a prime location for accessibility to RMNP and Estes Park. The highlight of our stay was when a herd of elk walked through the yard and we heard bugling!

Great location for views of the mountains and lake. Enjoyed the little chipmunks running around the property. House was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Neighbors were quiet. Very relaxing. Would just suggest a few furniture replacements. A chair the living room was torn in the back and another chair was lumpy. Also a lamp shade in an upstairs was literally being held in place by tape

Pros - excellent location, quiet & friendly neighborhood, comfortable beds, ping-pong table, nice outdoor spaces, beautiful views, towels were clean and plentiful, good sized house for a 3-bedroom, hot tub, close to town, golf, parks, lake, etc.
Cons - house very cluttered (closets, kitchen, garage, all cabinets), housekeeping did a nice job but this house needs a deep cleaning, Vacasa advertised WiFi was very slow and unreliable negatively impacting work and school for us (owner has a separate very fast WiFi network that we discovered half way through our stay, posted separately on the refrigerator), Vacasa management gave us bad info multiple times regarding trash pickup - we had to contact them 3 times during our 2 1/2 week stay to deal with it, each time with different and usually incorrect answers), family room layout not conducive to conversation or to television viewing.
Overall we loved the location and many things about the house, but the cons listed had us booking a different house for next summer.
