Very pleased with property and location. Would definitely stay again

Very nice location. Nice private rear garden with furniture. Very clean with good facilities. Within a reasonable walking distance of Cleveleys, but short drive if preferred and lots of free parking. Very nice neighbourhood.

Access to drive way very narrow. Easier to park on the road. Perhaps owners could consider widening drive access? Minor issue with toilet seat not wanting to remain open, needs adjustment.

Tired

Quiet location, comfortable beds, easy access ♿

Lounge furniture all too low, hard to sit down as an amputee, even harder to stand up. Wet room was good except the toilet was leaking and took low.

Short break

Location exactly what we wanted. Nice big lounge and was very clean

Saw a drying frame but didn't see much space to use it. No door hooks to hang up coats and jackets. We did see broken furniture in back garden. We think it would be a good idea to repair or dispose.

Perfect bungalow!!

The bungalow is so cosy, as soon as you walked in it felt perfect, decor amazing, facilities super, all you need in one place!!! The beds are so so comfortable!! It's just a perfect place for a getaway. The owner answered any questions I had, We do hope to return soon. 5***** all the way.

Lovely place, excellent value for money.

Homely and cosy feel. Everything I usually forget to pack was already there... On this occasion it was the tin foil, pepper and kids cereal and juice. The kitchen was well equipped and we were welcomed with a lovely hamper so I need not have worried. On arrival the heating was on so it was lovely and warm and a beautiful Christmas tree sat in the corner. We would certainly visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Could have been better

Property was lovely but only partly accessible as some wardrobes closed off, building materials stored in co servatory and garden not accessible and just a mess with ongoing building work that we were not made aware of.

The building work that was going on in the garden and materials stored in conservatory. Also some storage areas locked. More like a house being done up rather than a holiday get away. Also not disabled friendly as different steps between rooms. Driveway quite narrow so unable to park on drive and get passengers out.
