Excellent location. Two drawbacks that I noticed, one is the very steep stairs to the upper level. The unit is not appropriate for someone with a mobility impairment. The second drawback was the very low water pressure especially in the shower. These were drawback but I would recommend to others and would stay again myself.

The apartment was perfectly clean and in an amazing location. The space is bright, cute, and had everything we needed and even more. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

The apartment was very clean, cozy and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, too. The balcony was rather small, but that’s typical for France. Located in the city center, the flat is excellent to discover Nice and also for day trips, as the train station is less than 10 minutes away. Across the street, there is also a large supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay.
It would be great if, for longer stays, more towels could be provided. We stayed for one week and only had one set of towels each. Also, more toilet paper rolls would be great. Thank you.

Прекрасная залитая солнцем квартира.Окна во дворик-очень тихо. Есть все необходимое. Все чистое и свежее. Отлично оборудованная кухня
