The property was well located, had good AC and the staff communicated everything really clearly.
We weren’t aware the room was on the top floor, which involved going up 5 stairwells with luggage. Fortunately we were fit enough to do this but an elderly person may struggle to do so.

Limpieza, calefacción , baños. Todo bien.
Nada en particular. Se debe entender que estas propiedades son antiguas, por ejemplo: tener una escalera estrecha obviamente no es culpa del dueño.. estas cosas fueron con el tiempo acomodadas para el turismo. Debemos aguantar!

The location is close to the main square.
Anzolo pretends to be a luxury hotel but it is a dilapidated place with dirty walls and mold in the bathroom. For this price we should have had a hotel with breakfast, we were very disappointed. The bathroom even has a broken faucet so my daughter got scalded by the hot water in the shower. :(
