Fabulous room and location with a comfortable bed, cooling and coffee pods!
If you have too much heavy luggage you do have to walk up the stair wells with them.

Imalda welcomes everyone to a very nice breakfast. The rooms have old furniture, but hey, it's Venice! Everything was spotless, the bathroom was recently remodeled, small but well done. You're in a great location. A very short walk to St. Mark's Square and to the Rialto Bridge. All of the rooms require substantial climbing of stairs. They do have a chair lift to the first floor (remember, 1st floor is our 2nd floor.. We'd stay here again.

Location was really good.
Poor communication between host, I was left waiting outside property for a period of time as the housekeeper was not there upon arrival- 1600hrs not during the evening. The key for the room was left in the hallway with no instructions which didn’t seem safe. If I hadn’t contacted the property we’d have never got into our accommodation.
