About this house rental
From Todi House, there are great views of Todi, a quaint medieval town in the Southern part of the Perugia province. It is an ideal basis to explore Umbria being at only 10 minutes from the E45.
There is a large modern villa for up to 19 guests and a swimming pool with great views of Todi. To the opposite side of the pool, separate from the villa, is the house where the owners live. They are quickly present when necessary.
The holiday villa has 6 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, fly screens, and an en-suite modern bathroom with a shower. The villa initially was built as a hotel which is reflected in the comfort of the rooms.
On the ground floor is a large living and dining room. Next to this is the fully fitted professional kitchen. A passionate chef will be able to make some wonderful meals here for family and friends. Or maybe you'd like to hire an in-house chef?
The pool area is fenced and surrounded by chairs and sun beds. It measures 12 by 6 meters and is 1.20 to 1.50 meters deep. There is a billiards table, table football, a trampoline, a swing, a slide and inside the house a Playstation 5.
One enters the villa in a large open space with sofas, a long dining table, and a bar. Behind the bar is the fully fitted professional kitchen. Near the large open space for all to gather are two service toilets, also suitable for disabled persons. In a corner of the large communal area, is the bedroom with a bathroom where a wheelchair user can stay comfortably. There is another double bedroom with a bathroom ensuite on the ground floor. Both rooms have a double bed and a bunk bed. Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms, all with an ensuite bathroom. Three rooms have a double bed and an extra single bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. Each bathroom has a shower.
There is air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a safe. Each bedroom has direct access to the outside. Near the kitchen area also is a space with an extra service toilet and a washing machine.
A person in a wheelchair can easily move around the entire ground floor where there is also a bedroom with an equipped bathroom.
The holiday house is situated just below the small village of Loreto in the Todi district. Todi is about a 10-minute drive.

Perugia 40 minutes, Assisi 50 minutes, Spoleto 45 minutes, Montefalco 30 minutes, Orvieto 50 minutes, Amelia 50 minutes, Narni 40 minutes, Cascata delle Marmore 50 minutes

Umbria airport is 45 minutes, Rome airport 2 hours, Marche airport near Ancona 2 hours, Pisa airport 3 hours
The swimming pool is open from April to October.
Tourism tax will be paid on site: €1,50/person/night for a maximum of 4 nights. Children under 15 years of age do not have to pay.
Final cleaning and sanitation: €450 per booking.
Electricity: €40 per day.
