Really recommend!!

The property is beautiful and really well taken care. Everything was perfect. I saw many reviews of the breakfast, and I think it is important to mention that breakfast was great. They leave all breakfast items in the room, milk, juice, cheese, ham, bread, coffee. In the morning they bring fresh baked croissant and eggs that you make it in the room. The room has cooktop, coffee espresso machine and everything that you need to make the breakfast the way you want. The family is very welcoming, the room was clean, the place is really beautiful and quiet. We would for sure be back! Highly Recommend.

Visit beautiful Assisi just to stay at this amazing hotel

Extremely beautiful villa with amazing customer service. The check-in was very smooth & our lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed and excellent shower with very hot water. The breakfast was delicious & the friendly donkeys were so cute. All the amazing owners are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they were always smiling &willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay truly memorable. Thank you for everything & we will surely be back. May Saint Francis always bless you 🙏🏻

One of the best places we’ve stayed at!

The apartments and the surrounding area were so clean and had everything you could dream of. Tina was a wonderful hostess. The children loved the pool and the animals. The breakfast was great. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

Great stay in the countryside just 10-15 minutes from Asizi. Awesome house in the rural area. Very friendly owner. Our studio family room was spacious and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the stay very much.

A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season. With best wishes for a successful business for the hosts and for us - to come back again!

Posto ben curato e Oste molto accogliente, simpatico, socievole e disponibile anche con i bambini. Posizione strategica. Peccato non aver sfruttato tutti i servizi, ma solo per motivi stagionali.... Da ritornarci noi siamo stati invece lui che ritornarci

Agroturystyka położona w wyjątkowym miejscu, dom przepiękny, klimatyczny, przemili właściciele i przepyszne śniadania. Świeże swojskie jajka i ciepłe rogale każdego ranka a lodówka wypełniona włoskimi przysmakami. Już planujemy kolejny pobyt w La Campagna di San Francesco!

Struttura nuova, ben curata e in buona posizione. In zona silenziosa e molto ampia. Bello per i bambini. Buoni i servizi e riscaldamento (soprattutto in stagione invernale, periodo in cui abbiamo ospitato) Personale molto cordiale ed ospitale.

Agriturismo/fattoria situata in un contesto che dà sensazione di pace. Appartamento bello spazioso ,nuovo e pulito. Il titolare e il personale molto cordiali e accoglienti. Svegliarsi la mattina e avere uova fresche e colazione pronta in casa ,da fare in modo autonomo senza orari precisi, non ha prezzo.

Agriturismo curato e nuovo in campagna vicino ad assisi. Stanza giusta per 3 persone, con soppalco per il letto per ns figlio. Cucina minimal ma sufficiente per la colazione. giardino molto curato.Colazione discreta, con brioches e uova fresche fornite da consumare in stanza e latte ed altre cose confezionate in stanza e nel frigo

Migliorerei solo con alcuni appendini nel lungo corridoio per le giacche o borse e uno specchio al di fuori del bagno.

E' stato tutto fantastico, dall'accoglienza alla colazione con prodotti naturali (uova fresche di galline felici) Ottimo posto se siete un gruppo di amici sparsi per l'Italia che si vuole imcontrare al centro!! Ancje in estate visto la bella piscina esterna!!

Estancia Soñada

El lugar es soñado. Sólo fuimos por un día en nuestro recorrido por la toscana, pero volveríamos para quedarnos varios días y descansar. La cocina es cómoda para cocinar algo, el desayuno con huevos frescos un 10. Usamos la piscina y conocimos los animales, que a mi hija pequeña le encantó.

Il proprietario ci ha accolto con grande calore, facendoci vedere gli animali presenti nella struttura. La camera era pulita e ben rifornita per tutti i servizi. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire della bella piscina visto il periodo di visita (ottobre), per il resto tutto ben curato.

Il proprietario Corrado super disponibile e ha curato nei minimi dettagli questo meraviglioso agriturismo..L'appartamento con un piccolo angolo cucina è fornito di ogni confort ..pace e tranquillità regnano sovrani.. La piscina è stata la chicca di questo luogo.. Il centro di Assisi raggiungibile in 10m di macchina.. Vacanza in famiglia top! Voto 10.🥰

È stata una bellissima esperienza, dall'accoglienza al bagno in piscina! Il giro nella fattoria con tutti gli animali davvero bello per grandi e piccini! Struttura nuova, pulitissima con posizione perfetta per visitare Assisi e dintorni. Colazione inclusa molto gradita! Torneremo!

Ottima struttura con un ottimo gestore

La struttura ottima, nuova. Molto bella la piscina, la posizione, bellissimi gli animali. Fondamentale la cordialità e la simpatia di Corrado, il titolare.

A trovare il pelo nell'uovo (che Corrado fornisce (parlo dell'uovo, non del pelo :D ) tutte le mattine, fresco delle sue galline, oltre che al cioccolato ed alla crema, la brioche alla marmellata :)

Très bel emplacement rénové récemment et plein de charme.

La clim qui est est gérée par les proprio et surtout la réponse si vous avez trop chaud ouvrez la fenêtre !!! Impossible quand elle donne sur la ferme !!!!

Il design e lo stile delle camere, sobrio ma moderno. Il clima automatico ma senza eccessi. La piscina e l'area intorno, curatissime e pulite. La posizione della struttura, che la rende ottima per gli spostamenti ( in macchina ) ad Assisi e dintorni.
