Luisa at reception is an amazing host - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The bed is super comfortable. Aircon gave a much needed escape from the extreme heat in June. The swimming pool was a joy to use and the provision of towels was very much appreciated. we would love to return

We spent 10 wonderful days at Agriturismo Le Rondini Di Francesco Di Assisi and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent: peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet perfectly situated for visiting both Assisi and Perugia. The property itself is very green, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool and surrounding area were great places to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the shaded parking area, which kept the car cool during the warm summer days. Our two-room apartment was simple but fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals, and we especially loved the bed, which was sturdy and extremely comfortable—exactly the way we like it. Having air conditioning both in the living room/kitchen area and in the bedroom made a big difference and ensured a pleasant indoor temperature at all times. A special mention goes to Luisa, who was an exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful host throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home.

A few small points could be improved: the pillows were a bit thin for our preference, the foldable sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, and the kitchen chairs were rather basic. However, these were only minor issues and did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay.
