Such a warm welcome from Patrizia and Francesco! Incredibly comfortable apartment - and cool during a big heatwave. Well equipped kitchen and spacious, comfy rooms. Lovely pool surrounded by fields of sunflowers. And a delicious homemade cake waiting for us. We only stayed one night, but wished it was for longer! Grazie mille!

Stunning property. Very well equipped , great condition and very clean. Location in the countryside ideal for visiting Assisi, Spello and Perugia by car. Very friendly and delightful hosts. Strongly recommend it..
