About this house rental
Beautiful villa that results from the recovery of a house with about 100 years, with large yard with pool and beautiful mountain and sea views.
Refurbished old house that was expanded with the construction of a new building, with a more contemporary style, in an interesting combination between classical architecture and a more modern one.
The property features a bungalow adjacent to the main building, which resulted from the refurbishment of a small building on the property, and offers a bedroom with a private bathroom.
The interior spaces of the house have excellent finishings and offer a careful and very comfortable decoration.
The outdoor spaces are large, with swimming pool, garden, barbecue, framed by stunning mountain and sea views.
*City Hall Fee: 2€ per guest, per night, to be paid by bank transfer before the day of check-in.
*Please note that all bookings from September 2024 onwards will be subject to this fee.

- Private tours in classic vehicles
- Private boat trips and personalized fishing programs with the possibility of onboard catering

The views from this property were stunning. Its location is somewhat rural and central to most of the island's spectacular sites. The church bells across the valley added to the ambience reminding me I'm in Europe while the island itself is a cross between Hawaii and the Swiss Alps. The roads are narrow, steep, and scary as it is islandwide. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Overall, we had a very positive experience at this property. When we return, we will try to rent this house again. The pictures and description in the listing are accurate but nothing can prepare you for actually experiencing it firsthand.

Das Haus hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, es war genau wie auf den Bildern und einfach ein Traum das alles für sich allein zu haben. Der Kontakt war immer da und bei Fragen konnten wir uns ganz leicht per WhatsApp melden und uns wurde sofort geholfen. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind traumhaft und man kann dort richtig abschalten. Jedoch würde ich jedem zu einem Leihauto raten denn aufgrund der steilen Straßen ist es sonst schwierig zu Fuß dort was zu erledigen. Und wenn man sich erstmal an das Fahren auf den steilen Straßen gewöhnt hat ist es auch gar nicht mehr so schlimm 😉
