Quinta da Tia Briosa by Homie

Superbe quinta. Incroyable séjour ! Tout était bien pensé. Même des serviettes de piscine, tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux etc. On s'y sentait comme dans un petit palace. Une vue sur mer d'un côté et montagne de l'autre. Terrasse très chaleureuse. Tout était top. Emplacement idéal en plus pour visiter toute l'île.

En Août il faisait chaud et il n'y a pas de climatisation. Par contre un ventilateur dans chaque pièce, ce qui nous a bien aidé. Le chien des voisins aboie souvent la nuit. Nous dormions fenêtres ouvertes pour la chaleur donc nuits un peu perturbées. Fenêtres fermées nous n'entendions rien.

The property is gorgeous. The surroundings are unreal, you have views of waterfalls and luscious green mountains from your front door. The villa grounds are really nice - the pool area is very nicely decorated and private. 2 minute taxi to ponta do sol (can’t really walk this due to tunnels). Taxi to Funchal cost around €16/20 one way (there is bolt taxi app on the island). I recommend Funchal it’s a great town!

Not enough bowls for breakfast and couldn’t work the hob.

The apartment has a beautiful outdoor space, ranging from a spacious private terrace with multiple seating options as well as a shared but not crowded pool area. The apartment is facing away from the street, so it was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

The on-suite bathrooms do not have a door, which can lead to a lack of privacy.

Piscine sympa Bonne localisation Resto sympa juste en face. Petite zone de verdure bien agréable. Bucolique

Cafards dans la maison principale… 10 tous les jours. Forte odeur… Micro-onde seulement dans 1 logement. Ventilateur mais pas de clim. Donc il fait qd même assez chaud en juillet/aout À côté de la route pour un des apparts. Assez cher au final
