10 minutes on the J train from Saint Lazare. Really comfy room. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast looked decent too.

The size of the room was very good and ample space for a couple. It wouldn't have been suitable for a family unless it was a family of 3 with one being a small child. The room had a fridge and a microwave oven. There was also facilities to make coffee or tea and a TV not that we watched any :)
The bathroom was spacious and clean and was well equipped with the usual amenities. The main room was neutral and was also clean and tidy.
There was also free filtered water in the bar area and the room had a large bottle that could be filled when needed.
The hotel is situated in a good area of Paris and close to the train/underground network. Stepping out of the hotel to the left, there is a brilliant takeaway across the road... OMG the food was lush :)
The room came with a fridge and microwave but there was no access to plates or cutlery, even though they could have been accommodated in the locked cupboards in the room, which was annoying. In the area where I would say was like a little kitchenette, there was no place to plug the kettle in or coffee machine. These had to be moved to the other side of the room and moved back again, that we couldn't understand... very weird.
We would have also expected a welcome information pack providing information about the hotel i.e. breakfast times, numbers to contact, wifi access credentials, nearest stations, bus information, bar opening & closing times etc but we didn't see anything like this. Once again things that are common in the hotels I have stayed in worldwide.
Finally, some of the staff were friendly with smiles when greeting people, and others just looked like they was bored of their jobs and couldn't care. There was even 2 people arguing (a taxi driver and member of staff) when we was trying to checkout, this went on for ages, and looked very unprofessional.
