Very cute fully furnished all bills paid studio w/onsite laundry. Down the street from Deco District, 5 min from downtown/Riverwalk. 3.5 miles from Pearl Brewery District. 12 min from Medical Center. Older eclectic neighborhood near beautiful Woodlawn Lake with pool, park & walking trails at the end of street. Great for business travelers, students or short vacation. Raquel is also a realtor. The place was clean and the owners were very kind/helpful. They got a new AC right away when the old one broke. No bugs or rodents, or any major issues. The bed was a little smaller than we anticipated, and not super soft, but we made it work. Wouldn’t recommend it for 2 large adults. I appreciated that the place had everything you might need for cooking/cleaning, and that it was close to the interstate and downtown. Great for a short-term stay for work or school. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel but you get a solid stay for a solid price. Would recommend for anyone on a budget that still wants a decent place! Also, there’s a beautiful park/lake within walking distance, and it’s great for walks or fishing!

My daughter stayed here for three months to finish up a semester of college. It was a nice quiet stay for her. She felt very safe in the neighborhood and even had beautiful a park right down the street, that she walked to on several occasions. It was conveniently located for her shopping needs. Both the owners and property manager were great, very kind and available if needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend.
