Cozy and private casita located in the back of the main house.
Private and spacious bathroom.
Very comfortable queen size bed, Tuft and Needle mattress.
Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services.
Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, and single serve coffee maker.
Large closet to store luggage, hang clothes.
Ironing board, hair dryer and other essentials included.
Small fold out table to eat, drink, work, etc.
Large backyard with tables to enjoy a meal, read a book, or smoke a cigarette.
Window AC that cools the entire room nicely.
Laundry room available for an additional cost of $5 per load of laundry (detergent and dryer sheets available).
This is a private casita located in the backyard of the main house. There are 3 units total on the property. A suite in the front of the house, the main house (larger 2 bedroom listing), and this small guest house located in the backyard. During your stay there may be other guests in the other units, but every unit has it's own private entrance and private bathroom. Backyard access will be shared with other potential guests, depending if other units are booked at the same time.

I came to San Antonio for two nights to attend a baby reveal. I arrived pretty late my first night and would suggest if you are not familiar with San Antonio arrival while the sun is still up. Although I arrived late check in was easy. The rental host has everything you will need. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
