The rental was a little smaller than we realized. There were a few strange looking stains on the couch (we purchased a sheet to put over the couch in order to sit). You will need to take extra mirrors if you have more than one female..... the only mirror in the condo was a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Also if you plan to cook on the stove the front left burner doesn’t work..... and the amount of dishes is minimal..... other than those really small things it was an overall nice stay.

Loved the neighborhood and all the renos going on around it. The area is quiet and in the process of remaking itself. Suggest eating at Jim's which is about 10 mins away.

I wish I could give Dan's place a higher rate because he himself was a great host - extremely responsive and very nice. We had to change our travel dates and he was very flexible and courteous. He gave us very structured info prior to our arrival which helped a lot. Thank you very much again, Dan!
The place itself was okay but we partially disagree with the other reviews. From our point of view, it could have been a little cleaner and a little more convenient. The bedrooms are very small but this was fine with us. The beds were a little too soft but this is a question of tase. The decoration is nice though. Still okay for a couple of days.
